Specializations MBA
Tailor your MBA by choosing one of seven specializations offered yearly during the MBA's Customized Phase. These advanced modules allow you to focus on a specific management skillset, developing your expertise through a “set menu” of mandatory courses which includes one “backbone” class of 36 hours and six classes of 18 hours each. Seats are limited; you will receive detailed instructions during the school year explaining how to apply.

Deep Tech & AI
This specialization prepares individuals who aspire to lead innovation and drive business transformation through disruptive technologies by combining academic insights with a practical corporate project.

Entrepreneurship
Designed for MBAs who want to demystify the startup process, participants in this specialization will create a business project around a disruptive technology developed by a renowned public research lab.

Finance
The finance specialization builds on previously acquired knowledge and experience (most crucially in the core MBA finance courses) to provide MBA participants with in-depth insights into the world of finance, and to prepare them for their post-MBA career, in or outside the finance industry.

Management and Organizations
An advanced training module for aspiring generalist managers. Constructed around three key axes of executive competencies - leadership, strategic decision making, and broader context sensemaking. (formerly Advanced Management)

This specialization aims to equip participants with the skills needed to navigate the ongoing global revolution driven by the sustainability imperative.

Strategic Marketing
This specialization is for those interested in learning how to analyze the customer journey to gain insight to build and execute a powerful, sustainable marketing strategy.

Strategy
The Strategy Specialization introduces advanced frameworks and a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in dynamic market and nonmarket environments.
